4. Pricing and Payment Terms

4.2 Payment Terms
  • A deposit of 30% is required upon order confirmation.
  • The remaining balance is due upon delivery or according to mutually agreed payment schedules.

Any modifications made after the order has been confirmed (e.g., changes to design, material, or quantity) may incur additional costs. Clients will be informed of any price changes before they are implemented.
5. Delivery and Shipping

7. Warranty and Returns

We ensure the highest quality of production. If the product does not meet the agreed specifications or contains manufacturing defects, we will offer a rework or replacement free of charge, subject to the terms of our warranty.
7.2 Returns and Refunds
As our products are custom-made to client specifications, returns or refunds are only applicable if there is a manufacturing defect or failure to meet the approved sample. Any claims for defects must be made within 14 days of delivery.
8. Limitation of Liability
